New York Red Bulls defender Rafael Marquez says he isn't quite sure who he wants to win next weekend's UEFA Champions League final.
The former Barcelona star admits he is torn regarding who the winner of Europe's premier club competition will be when his old club meets Manchester United at Wembley Stadium in London on May 28.
Marquez admits that he has good friends at both clubs making the result of the match something that will not really affect him.
"Well, I'm divided on that one," Marquez said. "But I will win either way because I have great friends on both sides."
Marquez added that he feels Major League Soccer is continuing to grow but has urged people with both Mexican and Latin backgrounds to embrace it more.
"It's a league that's growing bit by bit," he added. "Being Mexican and being important figures (in the sport), we bring Mexican fans. But that's not enough.
"We need more Latinos who love soccer."
