Former Arsenal midfielder Emmanuel Petit has called on Juventus star Paul Pogba to become a 'leader' at the Serie A club.
Pogba has developed into one of the world's top players since arriving at the Bianconeri in 2012, but Petit believes his French compatriot can become even more influential for the Italian champions.
"Pogba needs to be a boss, a leader. He is already, but only in a soft manner," Petit told Goal.
"I think that he needs his team-mates to play well. He needs a team that is tactically balanced because when you are Paul Pogba, you have your way.
"He is one of those players who needs freedom on the pitch. He needs to smell the game and use his flair.
"He needs to be able to move constantly without restrictions."
