Former AC Milan keeper Storari delighted with Juventus move

Former AC Milan goalkeeper Marco Storari is delighted with his move to Juventus.

The 32-year-old arrives from Milan who signed Marco Amelia on loan from Genoa last night.

Interviewed on Juventus' official website, Storari said: "I am proud to be at Juventus. I have arrived at a big club in which there are big changes and I am sure that they are a good omen for a season in which the team will have a lot of desire to redeem itself."

Storari then gave his reaction to being reunited with Del Neri who coached him at Sampdoria last season.

The pair struck up a great relationship, which was reflected in Storari recording the highest average rating among all Serie A goalkeepers.

"He is a very clever person and a Coach who understands football. He is a simple person with whom we have done extraordinary things."
