Olivier Giroud would welcome any new strike signings at Arsenal before the transfer window closes.
The Gunners are still being linked with moves for big-name strikers, such as Real Madrid's Karim Benzema, but Giroud wouldn't be too bothered as he has kicked off the year in fine scoring form with three goals in three games.
"I am in good [form], I feel really confident in the games," Giroud told the club's official website. "If I do the job on the pitch [there are] no more questions.
"If there is a new striker that comes in it is a good thing for the squad. I try to give my best for the team to win and nothing more."
Giroud opened his account for the new season in last weekend's 3-1 home defeat to Aston Villa before grabbing one goal in Tuesday's Champions League win at Fenerbahce and then adding a third in Saturday's 3-1 triumph at Fulham.
