Diego Forlan says he's confident of an Inter Milan comeback soon.

The Uruguayan international has been out of action since early October due to a serious thigh strain.

"I feel good and hope to be playing again soon," he told Sky Sport Italia. "It requires patience and a lot of hard work. Tonight I'll be at San Siro to watch the game.

"It's nice to be close to your teammates, even if it's always nicer to be playing."
