"We're a club which moves in extremes. It's normal there's talk here. There's always something to talk about. If the team does not play well, then someone is going to be blamed," said Forlan.
"Someone always has to be in focus. If this is not a player it is the coach, who is the first to be blamed.
"The players are calm. We cannot decide the future of the coach, that's up to the directors.
"Obviously, the fact of how we play will depend a lot, but we are not worried about this issue, we are very relaxed. We know what he is capable of, he leads the club, we are very happy with him and hopefully can get good results to prove this."
