Forget Man Utd? PSG 'told Zidane to wait for next season'

PSG have made an attempt for former Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane.

Zidane has stated in recent days he expects to soon return to management amid talk of contact with Manchester United.

Okdiario's chief pundit Eduardo Inda, speaking on El Chiringuito de Jugones, revealed: "PSG spoke with him this summer.

"They probed and told him that if the bet on (Thomas) Tuchel does not work and they do not reach the Champions League semi-finals, they would like to have him.

"If they can, they will throw everything at Zidane for next season."

On Sunday, Zidane stated: "Soon I will be training again."

The Frenchman was attending a Real Madrid juniors game to see son Elyaz play.
