Forest signing Higginbotham: Stoke career now over

Stoke City defender Danny Higginbotham feels his career at the Brit is over.

Higginbotham signed on-loan for Nottingham Forest this week.

He said: “I’m a realistic person. I’ve not been involved in the league since November, not even on the bench.

"At the age I am, and after a long-term injury, I’ve done enough watching from the sidelines.”
