Forest ready to push through deal for West Brom striker Miller

Nottingham Forest are launching a £2 million bid for West Bromwich Albion striker Ishmael Miller.

The Mirror says the powerful forward is a proven scorer at Championship level and has agreed to move to the City Ground to play for new boss Steve McClaren.

Miller, 24, is being offloaded after Albion splashed out on Reading's Shane Long.

Forest's Midlands rivals Leicester City have also been interested in Miller.
