Derby County striker Robert Earnshaw is a target for Nottingham Forest.
Earnshaw will be offered an escape route from Derby by bitter rivals Nottingham Forest - if Colin Calderwood reaches the Championship.
Forest boss Calderwood is ready to make a £2m bid for Derby's £3.5m club record signing. Charlton, Norwich and Cardiff are also keen on the striker.
