Nottingham Forest have made a new offer for Crystal Palace attacker Victor Moses.
Forest had one offer for the England U21 starlet rejected by Palace last week.
The Daily Mail says Forest have returned with an improved £2million offer for Moses, who is also a target for Fulham, Manchester City and Tottenham.
