Nottingham Forest boss Billy Davies is keen on bringing Aston Villa striker Marlon Harewood back to the City Ground.

Forest have recently been linked with the 29-year-old, who has fallen down the pecking order at Aston Villa.

"A Marlon Harewood-type striker would certainly help our cause, for sure," Davies told BBC Radio Nottingham.

"Marlon's name has been in amongst many others, we're always making enquiries and speaking to agents and clubs."
