Nottingham Forest boss Sean O'Driscoll has confirmed he has held talks regarding a possible deal for West Bromwich Albion striker Simon Cox. The 25 year old has also been linked with the likes of Swansea, Blackburn and Celtic.
"He is somebody that we have asked about," said O'Driscoll in the Nottingham Evening Post. "We are waiting for answers on one or two things.
"It is just talks at the minute. That is going off with one or two players. You make contact with their clubs, you make contact with their agents.
"Then you wait for developments, to see what happens. We are waiting see what happens with him."
