Foreign owners gave yesterday's Premier League clubs meeting a swerve.
The Daily Mail says although English grandees such as Arsenal chairman Sir Chips Keswick and West Ham's Baroness Brady attend clubs meetings, not one foreign club owner was at Thursday's London summit.
There is also talk of Premier League chief executive Richard Scudamore being promoted to executive chairman.
