It's been another 7 days of hard fought results and well expected thrashing around the footballing globe. There are stories or triumphs and tribulations everywhere, and here are the best! (In 140 characters or less)
Things got underway midweek with everyone's least favourite cup, the English League Cup (I beg your pardon, the Carabao Cup). One of the big shocks saw Liverpool drop out to Leicester, although new fullback Andy Robertson did help Reds fans with a prideful performance.
Andy Robertson's left foot is illegal in 136 countries.

Every time Robertson crosses a ball it erases a shit left back from our history. Dossena just went missing from a cinema in Rome.

The real shock of the footballing week certainly didn't come from Anfield though, but from Madrid, as they fell in a shock loss to Real Betis in La Liga, and their incredible scoring streak was snapped.

5 - Man City are the 1st side to score 5+ goals in 3 consecutive top-flight games in the same season since Blackburn in 58-59. Unstoppable.

Aguero's hat trick saw him inch closer to breaking a Manchester City record. His efforts capped off a truly amazing week of soccer.
