Leeds United have had their transfer embargo lifted by the Football League.
The West Yorkshire club were banned from making transfers in December last year after the loss of more than the £8million permitted under Financial Fair Play regulations.
The Whites served a ban over just one transfer window, which occurred this past winter, but are now free to make signings in the summer after having the restriction pulled.
"Leeds United can confirm that the FFP transfer embargo recently imposed upon the club has been lifted in time for the 2015 summer transfer window," read a club statement.
"The window officially opens on July 1 and the club will not face any restrictions in relation to buying or selling players."
Leeds will continued to be run by controversial Italian businessman Massimo Cellino who has recently been fighting tax evasion charges in his own country.
