Southampton defender Jose Fonte admits the squad's future is tied to manager Mauricio Pochettino staying.
Southampton are remaining silent on the futures of all of their prized assets, like Adam Lallana and Luke Shaw, with Pochettino - a target for Tottenham - yet to sign a new improved deal.
Saints' Portuguese defender Fonte said: "By keeping Mauricio, you probably keep the most important players. It is something we talk about in the dressing room. It is massive that he stays."
