Caleb Folan has revealed how he never wanted to leave the club when he was linked with a transfer in the January window.
The 26-year old has struggled to win regular first team football with the Tigers but is keen to turn those fortunes around.
"There is always going to be interest with players who are not quite getting into the team," he said.
"I heard the rumours and the various links. The manager spoke to me about them but I am just working on my fitness and want to get back into the Hull City team.
"I have a considerable amount of years left and I enjoy my football here. Who knows what will happen in the future but at the moment I just want to play for Hull."
