Real Madrid players and staff celebrated winning the Champions League with local fans in Madrid yesterday.
Real skipper Iker Casillas spoke to the celebrating crowd, dedicating the title to all fans.
"Thank you for waiting, but it has been worth it after 12 years, to win it and become kings of Europe. This Tenth belongs to every Madrid fan around the world, so I hope you enjoy it. After today it's time to think about the Eleventh."
Real president Florentino Pérez also said: "The players were happy with their families and it's the culmination of a season that has been very tough. From the first game it could be seen they wanted to win this Champions League. In the end they did it at the last minute and what we witnessed was extraordinary.
"We know we have the best fans in the world, spread all over the planet. They're very loyal but also have high expectations and they are already wanting the Eleventh. Every year they want to go one better and that has made this club a legend. I'm moved by what we saw in Lisbon."
