West Bromwich Albion captain Darren Fletcher says they can target a top ten finish next season.
Albion look set for a mid-to-lower table finish with 41 points on the board, nine points shy of their best Premier League haul.
"I think we've got to go for top ten first and foremost and take it from there," said Fletcher.
"That's easier said than done but hopefully, with the way we've finished this year, let's look to get into the top ten next year and have good cup runs.
"If you get in those positions who knows what can happen?"
