Fletcher commits to Man Utd for another four years
Darren Fletcher has signed a new four-year contract with Manchester United.
The 27-year-old Scotland international has made 288 appearances for the Red Devils, has been at the club since 2000.
"I am delighted Darren has signed a new contract, he has developed into a top-class midfielder," said United boss Alex Ferguson.
"Darren has been at the club since he was fifteen years old. I am extremely proud that he came through the ranks of our youth academy."
Fletcher himself was delighted to have penned the new deal.
"I take great pride in playing for Manchester United," he said. "I have won many trophies in my years playing here and I am looking forward to winning many more in the seasons to come."

Furguson WTF we are goin no where with this turd
@ anonymous 15.47. Anyone who wishes a serious injury on a utd player clearly isn't a real fan! Whether you like the guy or not it's shocking that some so called fan of Manchester United would even think that. Why don't you stop embarrassing us real utd fans and get a grip, no doubt u sit in front of the TV and think you are a real football expert when really you know absolutely nothing about the game. I am not a fan of Fletcher or Carrick but would never wish any harm on them because they are part of the club I adore which is something you clearly don't!
Fletcher and Carrick sucks I completely agree with every word you have said. It just surprises me that other fans don't see what we see or they just can't except that these to are just DONKEYS. They were TERRIBLE on Tuesday, they will be terrible on Sunday too. They really do SUCK BIG TIME.
