Flamengo have rubbished claims linking them with Chelsea midfielder Deco.

Deco has declared this week he is keen to return home to Brazil at the end of the season.

Flamengo have been linked, but vice-president Marcos Braz snapped: "I know that the news has been published in England, but this makes no sense.

"At this point the player is not part of our plans."
