Flamengo are ready to hand AC Milan star Ronaldinho the biggest contract in Brazilian football to return home next season. After losing Adriano to Roma, Flamengo are seeking a new superstar signing and are prepared to pay Ronaldinho a record €4.5 million to play in the Brazilian championship for 12 months.
However, the Brazilian interest does not end there, with new Palmeiras coach Luis Felipe Scolari keen to be reunited with Ronaldinho.
Palmeiras are offering Ronaldinho a four-year deal worth €1 million-a-year - plus massive bonuses. The contract will be funded by sponsors, including Banif, Fiat and Parmalat.
