Dinho flew out to Porto Alegre this weekend in order to help complete his transfer.
"We have an agreement with regards to Ronaldinho's wages," announced Flamengo President Patricia Amorim.
"Now we need to understand what Milan want to do with the final six months of the contract that tie him to the club.
"Our proposal is consistent and we have put what is not a small operation in place. I don't know if Ronaldinho will end up playing with us, but he will certainly do it in Brazil.
"He is drawn to Gremio due to an affectionate issue, as it is where he started his career, but with us it is more of an economic negotiation.
"We also have in our favour the city, as Ronaldinho considers Rio de Janeiro to be enchanting."
