FK Partizan midfielder Radosav Petrovic is being tracked by Manchester United and Tottenham.
Spurs and United are thought to be leading the chase for the defensive midfielder, after both Harry Redknapp and Sir Alex Ferguson sent scouts to watch him in action.
A Serbia international, Petrovic was part of his country's World Cup squad in the summer.
Petrovic, 21, is ready to leave Serbia for one of Europe's bigger leagues in 2011.
