Arsenal shareholder Danny Fiszman will make a rare appearance at the club's AGM this month as the current board battles Alisher Usmanov.

The Guardian says Fiszman, who owns a 24.1% stake but may be overtaken as the club's largest shareholder by Usmanov before the AGM next Thursday, did not attend the meeting last year because of restrictions on the number of days he can spend in the UK for tax purposes. Usmanov has made it clear he wants to collect a 25% blocking stake in the club.
