Fiorentina striker Pablo Daniel Osvaldo will commit himself to Italy next week after being called up for the country's U21 squad by coach Pierluigi Casiraghi.

Argentine-born hitman Osvaldo has an Italian passport and told Fiorentina fans last week he was prepared to play for Italy.

Casiraghi can end doubts over Osvaldo's international future by playing him in next week's Euro qualifier against Croatia.
