Fiorentina wing-back Felipe Melo has welcomed interest from Arsenal.

"My agent has told me that a big side are interested in my services and it's surely a great feeling," he told Gazzetta dello Sport.

"The Gunners are certainly a prestigious outfit, even more so than Chelsea, but I have a four-year contract and I love it here.

"The future is in the hands of God, I just have to focus on doing my job and lead the Viola to important results, while also trying to persuade Carlos Dunga to hand me a chance in the Brazilian national team."
