Fiorentina midfielder Felipe Melo is delighted to have clinched Champions League football for next season.

"It was a great season," Melo enthused. "The strength of this group has allowed us to reach an important target.

"There was a great party when we arrived home. We were received as champions and now we want to do better in our next Champions League campaign."
