Fiorentina are ready to trump Juventus for Udinese defender Cristian Zapata.

Already rivals in Serie A this season, the two high-flyers are going toe-to-toe for Colombia international Zapata, says Controcampo.

Udinese insist the youngster won't leave for less than £12 million, however Fiorentina plan to bring down the cash component by offering striker Arturo Lupoli in part-exchange.
