Fiorentina striker Giuseppe Rossi has been ruled fit for the World Cup.
Italy's chief doctor Enrico Castellacci says Rossi is available for selection.
"Clinically, he is fine, but as I have said to him, we will have to see how he reacts to challenges during the friendlies that we will play," Castellacci has told reporters.
"There is nothing to add from last week, he is fine but he will be evaluated in the game, and then of course it is up to Prandelli to decide whether or not to call him up."
