Fiorentina striker Adrian Mutu faces more surgery after he suffered a knee injury in their Champions League win over Debrecen.

The Romanian has been struggling with niggling fitness problems all season and already went under the knife in April for a left knee injury.

Mutu is set to undergo the operation in the next few days and will be out of action for around a month, missing crucial Champions League ties with Lyon and Liverpool.
