Fiorentina striker Stevan Jovetic says they do not deserve jeers after their 2-2 draw with Catania.

At the final whistle, the Stadio Artemio Franchi jeered them off the field and called for Mihajlovic to be sacked.

"We are going through a complicated moment, but played a great game today," assured Jovetic after his brace.

"It was a shame to concede two goals in that fashion. I'm sorry about the jeering, as neither Mihajlovic nor the team deserve this reaction.

"We gave our all this evening. I am glad I renewed my contract, but there is only one leader at Fiorentina and that's the Coach."
