Fiorentina striker Mario Gomez has suffered an injury setback.
Gomez is out for six weeks with ligament damage after puling up during their 1-1 draw with Cagliari.
"For Gomez it is a trauma that will have repercussions for several weeks," Doctor Manzuoli told Radio Blu.
"Clearly everything will be evaluated with more detailed tests tomorrow, but with the first results we can say he'll be out for at least three to four weeks, being optimistic. If the lesion is more serious, then it's closer to six weeks.
