Fiorentina loan signing Mohamed Salah has no plans to return to parent club Chelsea.
The Egyptian moved to Florence on Monday.
"At the moment I don't intend to return to Chelsea," Salah said at his official presentation.
"I want to do well with Fiorentina. I spoke with [Chelsea manager Jose] Mourinho and told him I wanted to leave Chelsea and he was fine.
"The Italian League is of a high standard, I think that those [such as Cuadrado] do it simply to broaden their horizons and have new experiences.
"Cuadrado is a great player, I respect him a lot. I know he was well-loved in Florence, and I hope that I too can soon win a place in their [the fans'] hearts.
"Serie A players who have inspired me? Above all [Francesco] Totti, [Alessandro] Del Piero and [Gabriel] Batistuta, but many others too."
