Juan Cuadrado is reportedly close to completing his transfer from Fiorentina to Chelsea.
The Colombian winger is being heavily linked with a £25million move to Stamford Bridge which would see Mohamed Salah head the other way on a six-month loan.
Reports in Italy suggest that Cuadrado has moved out of his rented accommodation in Florence as he prepares to travel to London to finalise the signing of his contract with the current Premier League leaders.
26-year old Cuadrado, who joined Fiorentina from Udinese in 2012, was also a target for Manchester United but it appears as though he will soon be wearing the blue of Jose Mourinho's west Londoners.
