Fiorentina sports chief Pantaleo Corvino is eyeing Benfica defender Luisao.
Record says Benfica management are aware of Fiorentina's interest and are pressing to 'lockdown' Luisao to a new contract.
The Brazil international will be tabled an improved two-year deal before the end of the season.
