Amauri is delighted to have snapped his scoring drought for Fiorentina.

The striker hit the winner against AC Milan on the weekend.

"It was a great feeling because it was my first in the Viola shirt and because it was an important goal - it was also nice because the next day I celebrated 10 years of marriage," Amauri reflected to Viola Channel on Monday.

"During the week we felt that we could lose to Milan at the weekend, but we were lucky and also clinical - we suffered, but took advantage of every opportunity we had.

"I knew the Juve fans would have been pleased, but I did not have Juve in mind after I had scored. It was a coincidence that my goal has helped Juventus - I was even laughing."
