Fiorentina management accepted fans protests after their thrashing by Juventus.

Viola fans turned their anger on the club's owners, the Della Valle family, after the 5-0 thrashing.

Team manager Vincenzo Guerini said: "A strong protest is only to be expected and we accept it.

"The club believes it is opportune to talk to the squad, lick our wounds and find a way out of this terrible situation."
