Serie A clubs are tracking QPR midfielder Esteban Granero.
The former Real Madrid playmaker's move to QPR has been dogged by the London's woeful form this season.
Italian sources claim Granero can leave for €7 million if QPR are relegated and already Lazio and Fiorentina have been made aware of the situation.
