Fiorentina are chasing West Ham United midfielder Valon Behrami.
The Mirror says the Swiss midfielder, 25, arrived at Upton Park for £5million from Lazio two years ago.
But he is keen on a return to Italy as he does not want to bring up his young family in London.
Fiorentina are casting their eyes over English clubs for bargain deals and are also interested in a deal for Sunderland's former West Ham centre-half Anton Ferdinand.
