Fiorentina have dropped their support for Carlo Tavecchio in the polling for the FIGC presidency.
Tavecchio is embroiled in a race row after comments last week.
"ACF Fiorentina, standing firm with their ethical and civil values, in the light of recent statements from Mr Tavecchio consider his candidacy as President of the FIGC is no longer sustainable," President Mario Cognini told news agency ANSA .
