Fiorentina sporting director Daniele Prade says no offers have arrived for Juan Cuadrado.
It's been claimed Manchester United and Arsenal have lodged bids for the Colombian this past week.
"This club has made a great effort to get the second half of Cuadrado," he told TuttoMercatoWeb.
"But we'll talk with him when he comes back off his holidays.
"We will do everything possible to keep him, but we want him to understand our position.
"As yet however, no formal offers have arrived."
