Fiorentina defender Alessandro Potenza is close to sealing a move to Genoa.

"I can announce that there is an agreement with Genoa for Alessandro to arrive," Potenza's agent and brother Antonio told Fiorentina.it.

"My brother has immediately tied himself to the Genoa project and they are a club who want to stake a lot on him.

"I won't talk about the numbers, but the contract will be for four or five years and we will decide that next week when Alessandro returns from his holiday in Miami."
