Fiorentina coach Paulo Sousa was relieved to overcome Carpi yesterday.

The Viola won 1-0 thanks to Khouma Babacar's lone strike.

“It's always important to win and to show what we're working on. There hasn't been much time to work on the details and different dynamics," the Coach told Sky Sport Italia.

“We managed some good things today, though it wasn't easy as Carpi played well and the second half was very tough.

“At the end of the day we got the three points and are very happy with the result."
