Fiorentina boss Delio Rossi was thrilled with victory over AS Roma.

He earned his first Serie A win on their bench, crushing Roma 3-0 in a game that saw the Giallorossi end up with eight men.

"I think the match was decided by incidents, seeing as having an extra man gave us a good advantage," said Rossi.

"I am happy with the attitude of the players and the grit with which they stepped on to the field today. However, in terms of football we still have a lot of work to do."
