Fiorentina coach Cesare Prandelli is pleased with the signing of Adem Ljajic.
Ljajic arrived from Partizan Belgrade last week after seeing a move to Manchester United collapse.
"Ljajic is a very interesting lad and I'd need to see what condition he's in," said the Coach. "He says he's ready, but it takes a while to understand Italian football, his new teammates and to settle in.
"He is a player of real quality and we need time to figure out how he can fit in to the team and give his best. He reminds me a little of Stevan Jovetic, but I don't want there to be too many comparisons. Ljajic is a great buy for the future."
