Fiorentina coach Prandelli confident after player crisis talks

Fiorentina coach Cesare Prandelli is convinced they're over the worst after crisis talks last week.

The Viola face Inter Milan today and Prandelli said: "Thankfully it has been a more relaxed week in which we trained with a smile on our faces, and that can help a great deal.

"There are two months to go and we must find consistency, even if we have already been up there for the past four years running and have nothing to ask forgiveness for. We just need more convincing performances."

Prandelli takes on Inter boss Jose Mourinho, who has attracted headlines for his abrasive nature with the media.

"I think he is a great Coach and a real character, a motivating force who has sent important signals to his colleagues, too."
