Fiorentina coach Cesare Prandelli says he's a big fan of Inter Milan's Jose Mourinho.

"He is a direct and sincere person with great credibility," the ex-Parma man said.

"Maybe Mourinho has problems with Julio Cruz and Adriano but I've had problems with my lads. Jose certainly knows how to get respect.

"Thanks to Mourinho, many people have changed their ideas on the way a Coach should work."
