Fiorentina coach Vincenzo Montella has hit out at local media.

Montella feels a rift with Mario Suarez is being stoked by the press.

"I want all of you to be fair," Montella told reporters today. "You journalists created a storm. I said two different phrases and you put them together into one sentence.

"You created this storm and I am really hurt by it. You can go back and look at the recordings of what I actually said."
